This policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit agibiospheric.net, why, and how you can exercise your rights. It applies to both the French and English versions of the site.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Association Terre sacrée, a French non-profit association registered under the law of 1901, with its registered office at Chemin de Counillère, 83149 Bras, France. Contact: contact(at)agibiospheric.net
2. Data we do not collect
Browsing the content pages (the 100 constraints, the corpus, each domain page, the FAQ) does not require an account, registration, or form submission, and does not directly collect any personal data on our part.

4. Cookies
This site does not use audience measurement tools or advertising cookies. Should this change, a consent banner compliant with applicable EU/French requirements would be implemented before any non-essential cookie is set.
5. Data retention
As the association does not directly collect identifying personal data, it does not maintain a visitor database. Payment data related to a donation is retained by PayPal under its own policy and retention period.
6. Your rights
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port any personal data concerning you that the association may hold.

7. Changes to this policy
This policy may evolve, particularly if new features (contact form, newsletter, analytics tool) are added to the site. The last update date is shown at the top of this page.
